상세 사유를 살펴 보면 △주휴수당 미지급이 23.4%로 가장 많았다. 또 △임금체불이 14.3%, △최저임금 위반이 12.1%를 차지했다. 이번년도 등록된 알바몬 노무상담 요청 중 코로나바이러스 바로 이후 ‘휴업에 따른 급여 삭감, ‘해고 등 ‘코로나 연관 신청이 총 347건, 3%에 달했다.
