<p>포털 다음(Daum)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 10월3월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 기록한 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 그러나 직후에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이 같은 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>

이은희 인하대 소비자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온/오프라인 산업자도 매출에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 적당한 대처를 하지 않는 경우가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 불어나고 있다면 구글이 가장 우선해서 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 이야기 했다.

<p>‘소액결제 현금화 산업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스사용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용되도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·사용한 재화등을 할인하여 매입하는 행위에 ‘8년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있다.</p>
