There's a musty smell in the bathroom that we eventually traced to a small section of drywall behind the toilet. When we pulled it open, black mold was thriving on the paper face of the drywall, clearly fed by a slow drip from the supply line. The drywall is completely saturated and disintegrating, so we're going to have to cut out a two-foot square and replace it, plus fix that tiny pinhole leak in the copper pipe behind it.
